Process work

Process-oriented Psychology was developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell in the 1970’s in Zurich, Switzerland. At the time, Dr. Mindell was teaching at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich and researching the connection between body symptoms and dreams. His first book “Dreambody” was published in 1982 and marked the beginning of Process Work. Dr. Mindell and his colleagues have worked tirelessly over the last 30 years further developing Process Work into an innovative approach to individual and collective change.  Process Works’ cutting edge approach brings psychology, group dynamics, spirituality, and creative expression together in a single paradigm.
