(USA) changefacilitation ltd. has been developing Soft Skill manuals and trainings for organizations. These manuals and trainings mirror the ground direction and vision of the organization and lead employees to a personal experience, perception and reflection of the organizations objective. This process activates  intrinsic motivation and results in new approaches and attitudes that benefit the overall atmosphere and teamspirit.  From this foundation, social competencies such as communication skills, relationship-building, life-work-balance and dealing with conflicts and challenging customers/situations can be effectively introduced and taught.
